We are situated on the edge of a walking trail alongside a creek, just 5 km from downtown and the waterfront, walking distance from several playgrounds, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, and right in the middle of several beach options in either direction.

Nearest airport

Kelowna International (YLW) is less than 10 km away and only about an 11 minute drive.

Getting Around

We have two mid-size grocery stores and pharmacies, along with several restaurant options less than 2 kilometres away or about a 20 minute walk. We are also across the road from a regular bus route, and we have a secured, underground, temperature controlled parking spot if you bring your own vehicle.
