General overview
Our home is a 3 story split home with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in Port Moody (right on the border of Burnaby/Coquitlam). It is located close to Vancouver and the main suburbs (Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey). The SkyTrain is only a 10 minute walk away and on a private street. The house backs onto a greenbelt and is very private. Local ski hills are 20 minutes away on Highway 1 which will take you into Vancouver/North Vancouver. Keep following that road and you're on your way to Squamish and Whistler (1-2hours).
The space
Our home is a beautiful three bedroom house that is from the 60's but has been renovated top to bottom. We have a Pacific Northwest feel with our wooden ceilings and forest inspired art. We have many outdoor spaces including three decks, a poolhouse, pool and hot tub. There is something for everyone in our house. Its a three level split house with three bathrooms. The kitchen is open and inviting, and the house has lots of light.
Guest access
Two access points (front door and car port), side gate (locked). Key access and full monitored security system.
Notes
Our recreation room downstairs has a pullout queen bed that can sleep 2 people.

Neighbourhood
Quiet and affluent neighborhood with quick access to the main roads to Vancouver. Neighbors are all friendly and many kids around playing.
Getting to my home
If you have no car, the best route would be to take the SkyTrain - YVR Airport to Burquitlam Station on the Evergreen line. You will need to transfer at Waterfront Station to the Expo line, and then again to the Millennium Line at Commercial/Broadway.
If you are driving - 35 minutes from YVR to Port Moody at non-rush hour times. We recommend you rent a car.
Nearest airport
YVR - Vancouver International Airport
Getting around
Getting around Vancouver and BC in general is done by driving or public transportation. Bus stops and access to SkyTrain is 10-15 minutes away and will get you to most of the spots you will want to visit. If you are skiing, there are bus stations that take you to the local ski hills but driving is definitely the way to go.
We can guide you on the best methods depending on where you want to go.
