General overview
I love my home because it is in a very quiet street, with a lovely garden and close by to wonderful bush walks with lots of amazing flora and fauna. You will often see white cockatoos flying by, or beautiful rainbow parrots, playful magpies, and just a range of incredible birds we have here in the bush capital. We also have gorgeous flowers in springtime and other parts of the year.
The space
The property sits on a large corner block, so lots of garden surrounding the house. I have three fig trees, a persimmon tree, a navel orange, strawberries, lettuce, raspberries, cucumbers, native midiyim berry, various herbs all of which you will be able to access. I have a number of house plants inside so all of these will need watering and looking after. I am happy to offer the use of my VW Golf but it does need the oil checked every couple of weeks and filled up. It certainly will need a start up every week or so, so using it is good for it! The bedrooms are not huge and only one has a wardrobe, but both beds (a double and a kind single) are very comfortable. I also have a couple of spare mattresses. I love to cook so the kitchen is very well equipped. Wifi is excellent as I work from home and love watching movies. I also have a couple of pianos for teaching which the guests are free to use.

Shops are within walking distance and I have three bikes that are available for use. Canberra has lots of bike paths and nearby bush walks.
