The house has upstairs - a living/dining room with fireplace and wooden terrace on stilts, shaded by a huge cherry tree - a fitted and equipped kitchen - a teenager's bedroom with a 90x200 bed - a child's bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200 - a dressing room/office - a bathroom with Italian shower - separate toilets in the basement: - a large master bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, desk, sofa, shower, sink and toilet - a 140x200 double bed bedroom - parking for a vehicle. - Cellar and workshop - Washing machine and dryer The land is enclosed, with the garden at the back of about 350 m2, shaded, swing, hammock, sandbox, cabin with slide, barbecue and plancha but also strawberry and raspberry plants! A red hen occupies the back of the garden, she will give you good fresh eggs every day! 2 adult bicycles available, scooters and balance bike.
