Neighbourhood

We are so blessed to live in one of the best and most sought after neighborhoods in Salmon arm. We are a 4 year old, 12 lot development. 1 empty lot left to be build. We are at the top of a dead end private road. Super safe as the kids often play, ride their bikes, play hockey on the road. The neighborhood kids all play together and all our neighbors are super friendly and helpful. We are all friends. There is basically no traffic noise as the only people who drive up here are residents and visitors. Behind the houses across the street from us are walking trails for biking or walking. The kids like to play in their forts in the forest. You do have to be bear aware as we do get bears in the summer.

Kelowna international Airport 1 hr 20 min scenic drive. Vancouver International Airport 5 hour scenic drive Calgary international Airport 6 hour scenic drive

Getting Around

We are 5 min drive from downtown salmon arm and 5 min drive to Canoe Beach and boat launch. You will need a car to get around as there are no transit options in our neighborhood. Or taxi. We are happy to let you use our bikes if you would like just let us know.

We are an active family of 4. Tadd owns his own Electrical Company called Rock Bluff Electric and I am an Indigenous Education Worker. I work for the School District. Both of us are 40. Our kids Ben, 5 and Bella, 11. We love to travel and explore new places and live like locals. Especially, off the beaten path! In winter/spring time, we love escaping somewhere warm and tropical with a beach. I am restricted to traveling during winter, spring, and summer breaks. We would love to get away to local Canadian destinations and can swap on long weekends throughout the year within BC/Alberta. We would also like to find destinations on the Island in and around Nanimo and/or Cumberland so we can visit family. Tadds grandma kerry lives in Chapala Mexico. We would love the opportunity to go visit her, as she is not doing the best. We are super clean and respectful. Don't smoke, and don't have any bad habits. Occasionally, we have a beverage or social drink. We take pride in our home and belongings and treat everyone's home and belongings as our own. Don't be surprised if you find your place cleaner than when you left. We have called Salmon Arm, BC our home for 4 years. We moved here from Vancouver, BC. best move ever! We are surrounded by lush forest and mountain terrain and have a breathtaking view of the lake. We are also surrounded by walking trails. The recreational opportunities are limitless here. So many options for everything and everyone in every season. Be careful, you might be moving to Salmon Arm, BC after you visit and fall in love ❤️
