Welcome to my beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Brunswick West — a quiet, light-soaked haven just 20 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD and 18 minutes from the airport. This is a huge, thoughtfully designed apartment, perfect for solo travellers, couples, or remote workers. The second bedroom is currently set up as a dedicated home office (ideal for long stays or work-from-anywhere types), but can be converted into a second bedroom if needed. You’ll love: North-facing floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area that flood the space with natural light A full-sized kitchen with all the gear a home chef could want Large open living and dining area with minimalist, comfy furnishings A peaceful sun court in the centre of the apartment bringing light and air to the bedrooms Timber flooring throughout, with soft wool carpet in the bedrooms Quiet, older building with a warm community feel It’s the best of both worlds — tranquil and private, yet just minutes on foot from local cafes, restaurants, galleries, parks and tram stops (one is right outside the building). There's even a hire car only 10 meters from the building. You’re only: - 20 mins by tram to the city - 18 mins by Uber to Melbourne Airport (~$20 AUD) - Steps away from some of Melbourne’s best coffee The apartment also features fast Wi-Fi, reverse cycle heating/cooling, a large TV, and everything you need to settle in comfortably. It's a calm, stylish, welcoming space in one of Melbourne's best inner-north neighbourhoods.

The Space

Large, sun filled living are with open kitchen. Bedrooms, office are off the hallway. We have a beautiful sun-court between the bedrooms. Single bathroom with tub/shower. Large, north facing balcony full of sun for morning coffee or evenings happy hour. We have a large split system in the living area that cools or heats the entire apartment. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms for cooling if you prefer. A large, comfortable couch in the lounge. A beautiful hand-made dining table seats 6. A high-end record player with a small but lovely record collection to enjoy. The kitchen is my fav. I cooked for years, and this kitchen is big enough for me to really enjoy it, especially with friends sitting at the breakfast bar enjoying a wine.

Guest Access

We are in a small, peaceful building, with just a short flight of stairs at the entry way. No lift in the building, but it's not needed.

Neighbourhood

Brunswick West is a gorgeous inner north neighbourhood of Melbourne. It's where the artists live, the great restaurants and galleries are. It's only 20 minutes by tram to the heart of Melbourne, but has tree-lined streets and beautiful parks. Cafes abound, we have a full supermarket minutes walk, and are only a short uber ride (20 mins) from the Melbourne International Airport.

Getting Around

We have a tram stop at the door, taking you into the city. Everything in the neighbourhood is walkable, with the famous Sydney Rd precinct (restaurants, clothing boutiques, art galleries) only an 8 minute stroll away. There is a hire car across the road which seems to be often available, and we are a short 15 minute walk to the train station if the tram doesn't suffice.
