General overview

Saint louis Retreat house A haven of peace located on the shores of Lake Saint Louis, 45 minutes driving from downtown Montreal. Breathtaking landscape. 2 bedrooms with water view in each room, 1 full bathroom and 1 half-bathrooms, dining room, living room. Nature- and outdoors will be delighted. Host comfortably 6 persons

The space

Our house has 03 floors (1500sqft per floor). All pieces have water view second floor : Is where my family are living with our separated entrance. First floor: You have a full access to this floor with separated entrance - 02 bedrooms and 01 living room area with king day bed - laundry area. - 01 full bathroom - 01 half bath - your private water front deck area with hammock It is not in a remote area. It is 45 minutes driving to downtown of Montreal, 25 minutes from Airport YUL. You have groceries store in 5-10 minutes driving from the place. you also have ski stations within 45-1.30h drive from the place. The house has a small rental separated unit in the basement which has its own deck and entry on another level. If you go with friends, let me know. We have also a 2 bedroom condo near downtown of Montreal if you prefer. See my other listings ! We have also a sienna 8 seats to exchange too

we are a couple with 02 teens (12 & 15 yo). Sometimes my parents or my cousins or friends coming with us on a trip. We are both professional and work in Bank here. We are host on Airbnb for a long time but it is our new experience to open the door to our home exchange. Origin From Viet Nam, university trained in France and now living in Canada for several years made us a travel lovers in blood. :) We love water so if you have anything near it, especially sea water, we will try to bring us there!
