House located in a village classified as historical heritage (Merovingian crypt and abbey (possible visit and to do!)) with bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, a very good cheese factory... (a few minutes walk from the house (visit, tasting and purchase of cheeses!) At 5 minutes by car, you will have several supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, a market (Friday and Sunday), an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with slide, an accrobranche park, several horse riding centers, walks on the Marne river,. .. The region is also ideal for hiking from the house (long or short hikes GR, PR) or in the surroundings. A bus passes 500 meters from the house regularly during the day and can take you in 5 minutes to the train station of La Ferté sous Jouarre (40 minutes from the station of Paris-Est). A direct shuttle from this station allows you to reach Marne-la-Vallée (Disneyland) in 40 minutes. By car, Disneyland is 30 minutes away from the house and Paris is about 1 hour away. Reims and the champagne cellars are less than an hour away. Provins (UNESCO) is a 45 minute drive from the house. The Paris zoo or several castles (Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Versailles...) are accessible from the house by car or public transport depending on the castle.
