Super Florida Beach bungalow on the inter coastal with a dock on cove that is also a block to the beach. Can’t beat location in this white sand beach town
The space
3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, office & 1.5 bath and laundry room. Charming, sunny, wide views of the water from living room and cozy back covered porch. Enjoy rocking on back dock or patio watching the seabirds, sunrise, dolphins, manatees. Enjoy the salt air. Perfect Florida getaway. Walking distance to restaurants, shops & beach.
Guest access
A couple of stairs up to front door. Stairs off back patio. There is one odd size step inside house with a handrail when you walk into the kitchen. Would be ok for elderly or someone with bad knees etc, but not wheelchair accessible.
Notes
Access to private surf side beach club included. Walk across the street and enter gated club entrance. Picnic tables /gazebos/showers available for use.
Outstanding location for bird and animal lovers. We regularly have pelicans, herons of all types visit our dock. Dolphins daily in spring summer months. Occasional manatees seahorses. Great dock for fishing or kayak to the sand bar or mangroves.

Neighbourhood
Family neighborhood. Some snow birds (people who live here 6 months) vacation town with locals/tourists. Lots to do: seabird sanctuary, aquariums, St. John pass. Big beautiful white sand beaches.
People loved to bring a drink and watch sunset at beach. Weekly people get married on these beaches

Tampa international 30-40 minutes. Also much smaller st Pete Clearwater hotel
Getting around
Trolley and bus stops are at end of street. Car easy too.
