General Overview

This fully self contained flat is under our house. It is situated on the hill at Lennox and is a 10 minute walk down to the main street and beach - 20 minutes to return

The Space

There is a very comfortable lounge with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining space. The bedroom is separate to the living area We have a travel cot and high chair. The modern bathroom has a washing machine.The is undercover and external clothes drying area

Ground floor access, private key lock entrance. Full access to our leafy garden and washing line.
