We are in the immediate vicinity of the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon. It is a residential and family area. We are 10 minutes from the city center and historic by bike

The Space

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a building dating from the beginning of the twentieth century, it is spacious and comfortable and 10-15 minutes by bike from the historic center of Lyon. It is 120 square meters, consists of a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a third bedroom with a sofa bed (extra bed for two people), a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. You will find in the garden of the building a stone table where you can have lunch or dinner in peace (with a barbecue available) and under the trees, it is pure happiness We also have a secure underground parking space at the foot of the building for more amenities.
