New Large House (150qm) with garden and pool 9x3,6m and a terrace all around the house.
We have 2 adult children ( it is not sure if they participate during the house exchange).

Our house is placed on one of the sunniest places in Germany with mediterranean climate. It offers something for everyone. Ancient castles and cities nearby. Walking, biking, nature and culture just around the corner. Our home is surrounded by wine.
You can visit the german wineroute and interesting cities: Mainz, Frankfurt, Worms, Speyer, Mannheim, Saarbrücken, Ramstein and Heidelberg (40 km).

We have super neighbors who delight in meeting new people and helping them with any advice that they may need.
