The space
Welcome home!
We live in a charming house of 173 sqmeter near the city center with a garden of 900 sqmeter, not overlooked and flowery, and has a terrace with pergola, very pleasant in summer.
Parking is simple and free in front of the house. Our big house is also made to accommodate children, it has 5 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bath). The kitchen is fully equipped and bright. You can enjoy the living room that leads directly to a west-facing terrace and garden.
We are close to a shopping area (restaurants, shopping arcade, cinema, bowling ...), an aquatic center (Piscine du Lac) and a lake where you can walk with the children. The tracks "Loire à Vélo" is also accessible from the house.
The city center of Tours is close by bus or tram (15 min) or by bike (15 min). You will find royal chateau upstream and downstream of Tours, as well as many winemakers who make the reputation of the region.
Paris is also 1h by train from Tours
