Neighbourhood
The loft is across the street from Ball Arena, which hosts the Nuggets, the Avalanche, and many concerts. You can also walk to Coors Field and Empower Field. The home is in the LoDo neighborhood, which has many restaurants, bars, and cafes within a short walk.
It is only a few blocks from 16th Street, where a free shuttle runs through downtown.
There is also a walking and biking path along the river behind the building. It is a great place for jogging, biking, or taking a relaxing walk.
Nearest airport
DIA (20 miles drive, or a train ride).
Getting Around
The area is very walkable. Grocery stores are about a fifteen minute walk, and there are many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops much closer than that.
For longer distances inside the city, scooters are widely available and very convenient. I will also leave a couple of bikes at the home, although for short trips I usually take a scooter because it is simpler.
To visit the mountains or explore outside Denver, a car is necessary. If it is a simultaneous exchange and I am traveling, my car may be available.

I live with my brother, and we almost always travel together. We love exploring new places, and are excited to try home exchanges! We have not done it before, but it seems like it could be a really fun and unique way to experience more places.
"Interested in either cities, small towns, or rural. I'm not looking for any suburb travel in the US at this time."

"Open to anywhere in Europe. I can travel more in the summer, but I'm open to any dates."

"I'm very open to exchanges in San Diego pretty much any time. I have a lot of friends there who I like to visit whenever I can."
