Neighbourhood
Our street is very calm and quiet unless there's a street festival or something like that. We live in a very centric and hip neighborhood, it's full of both students, couples and families of all ages. All around us there's supermarkets, coffee places, bars, restaurants. The Rhein river is 5-10 minutes walking from us and the Dom (cathedral) can be reached in 15 minutes with public transportation or 35/40 minutes walking.

Cologne Airport - 20-40 minutes by train or car
Dusseldorf Airport - 1hr by train or car
Frankfurt Intl. Airport - 1.5 hrs by train or car
Getting Around
There's many things to see, shop, eat and drink within walking distance from our apartment.
Also, if you're coming by car or feel like taking the train, you can find many beautiful cities around us, for example:
Frankfurt - 1/1.5hr by train or car
Brussels - 2hrs by train or car
Brugge - 3hrs by train or car
Amsterdam - 3/3.5hrs by train or car
Hamburg - 3.5/4hrs by train or car
Paris - 3hrs by train, around 4.5/5 by car (traffic)
