General Overview

Modern well appointed inner city apartment with uninterrupted views of the Story Bridge, Brisbane River and City. The apartment complex is situated on the river boardwalk close to Howard Smith wharf. Both ferry and bus transport is on the doorstep. All public transport is only 50 cents per trip. There is an abundance of restaurants and cafes at every turn. Full size supermarket is only a five minute walk. There is also a mini market downstairs. We have a pool, gym., tennis court and sauna on site. We are open to include car swap.

The Space

Well appointed living area opening onto private balcony with beautiful views, especially breathtaking at night. Two master bedrooms, both with en-suite.

Lively city neighborhood with beautiful river walks accessed by boardwalk. Walking distance to local landmarks including Southbank, Story Bridge, Kangaroo Point, city and much more. Brisbane City is serviced by fantastic public transport including ferry, bus and trains running regularly all day and into the night. The Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast are both an hour away and accessible by either car or public transport

Brisbane is the capital city of Queensland and has access to all types of transport.
