Neighbourhood

Albany Park is well within the bounds of the metropolitan area and in fact one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country--Out our door and no more than a few blocks you'll find African churches, excellent pho and Korean home cooking, one of the best Afghan restaurants in the city, and more taco stands than I could count. You are also adjacent to Lincoln Square which is an historic German neighborhood and has a very cute feel with a lot of walkable retail.

Getting to my home

20 min drive to ORD, 45 min to Midway. The train is accessible but you'll get the most out of Chicago with a car

Hi! My name is Kristin and I'm excited to join the community. I am originally from Nashville, a longtime realtor (13 years!). My husband Eliot and I love architecture and design, exploring new and familiar cities, and spending time with our two kids. We have invested in making our home a comfortable, welcoming place and hope to share it with others. As a realtor, I spend a lot of time zipping around Chicago in my car, working with investors and developers, and of course trying out new brunch spots. Favorite repeat travel destinations include London, New Orleans, and NYC. We are mature working professionals, in our early forties and my husband is a fundraising consultant. When we travel we enjoy road trips, national parks, museums and (mostly!) dining out.
