General overview

We are not in the center of Paris and that is what is interesting because from here it is very easy and quick to go to the main places of interest in Paris and also to discover a lively district with its specificities and its very nice places.

The space

Our apartment is in a completely pedestrian residence and does not overlook the street. The residence is secure with the presence of a guard all day and 7 days a week. The 90 m2 apartment consists of a large main room, a kitchen and 3 bedrooms as well as a private terrace of 110 m2. This one is very sunny and quiet. It's really a place in the city but made to rest from the noise and fatigue of the great visits that we make in Paris

Guest access

The apartment is on the 9th and last floor. It is served by 2 lifts.

Notes

We have produced a "Home Book" which describes all the elements you need to know to live well at home and in particular how to use household appliances, music, etc.

Neighbourhood

The 19th district which is ours is a very pleasant district with a multicultural population, in recent years many cultural places have emerged: the Philharmonie de Paris, the 104, the city of sciences. Many restaurants have opened along the Bassin de la Villette, the Canal de l'Ourcq because the area is becoming a bit "bobo". We are 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus from the Parc des butte Chaumont.

Getting around

Our apartment is 3 minutes walk from the nearest metro station which is on line 7. This line provides direct access to the main places of visit in Paris such as the Louvre, the department stores, the Opera , the Halles district, Beaubourg, Le Maris, etc. All the shops needed to take lessons are present around the house. on Thursday and Sunday there is a market 400 meters away.
