Our home is the ultimate Island waterfront property, with that holiday feel all year round. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. It is very spacious with lots of living areas. We live on an Island, which is part of the stunning Northern Beaches of Sydney.

The Space

Our home is two storey with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is another main bathroom upstairs, and a bathroom with laundry servicing the downstairs area.

Upstairs has open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge, with expansive water views from the upstairs deck. There are more living spaces downstair's, including a lounge room and the downstairs deck area. 

We have our own private jetty and beach, with kayaks available.

Guest Access

Access to the property is via a number of stairs, unfortunately our home would not be good for wheelchair access.

Neighbourhood

Scotland Island is a welcoming community situated in the Pittwater estuary, located 32 km's north of Sydney City. It is approx 1 km in diameter, and it's highest peak is 100 metres above sea level. To the west is Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park where you can discover many walking trails and waterfalls.

Getting to my home

There is a ferry that services Scotland Island, as well as a water taxi. The bus service is also very good throughout Sydney.

Sydney Airport is 51 km away from home.  We are happy to provide detailed instructions on how to arrive depending on your circumstances.

Getting Around

Transport is primarily via the ferry service or water taxi. If you are adventurous, feel free to use the kayaks to travel across the short distance to the mainland,  The Church Point commuter hub has excellent cafe facilities and a post office and general store.
