General Overview
Our home is the perfect escape for people looking to take advantage of the Australian outdoor way of life. We are located in the resort of the Links Hope Island Golf Course. Another two world-class courses at Sanctuary Cove are just a buggy ride away. The house has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 7), two kitchens, two lounge rooms, 2-and-a-half bathrooms, an outdoor dining area with bbq, and a fabulous swimming pool.
The Space
The upstairs living area is open plan with views out over parkland. We are lucky enough to have great neighbours who will be very welcoming … and helpful if needed.
Guest Access
The house is over two levels with 13 stairs to navigate. There is a two-car garage and a buggy garage. You access the resort through security gates. We will provide codes and automatic opening devices to all guests.
Notes
We have two golf buggies that guests will be welcome to use while staying here. From our house you can get to 20-plus restaurants, two pubs, two grocery shops, spas, doctors, chemists etc on the golf buggy.
We are also happy to swap cars if you wish.

Neighbourhood
Hope Island is at the northern end of the Gold Coast - Australia’s number one tourist destination. We are less than a 10-minute drive from MovieWorld, Wet ‘n Wild, DreamWorld and the Outback Australia Spectacular.
Getting to my home
Our house is one-hour from Brisbane Airport and 45 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport. Trains run from Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
Nearest airport
Brisbane Airport is 57 kilometres north. The Gold Coast Airport is 36 kilometres south.
Getting Around
Most things are accessible by golf buggy within the resort. The main Gold Coast shopping precincts would be within a 30-minute drive. There are bus services around the Coast, as well as trams and trains.
