General Overview

Our condo is in a small 40 unit complex! All single story, Two bedroom, two bath, small den, and with a single garage and carport! Patio looks over golf course and paved walking/ biking path! The large complex pool is 100 steps from our front door! We have golf clubs that you are welcome to use! We are walkable to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping and restaurants!

Guest Access

This is a single story complex. Each unit has a carport and single car garage. There are no stairs!!! We have a keyless entry that we set to the last four numbers of your phone number.

Notes

We do require. $175.00 cleaning fee, as we live out of state. There is no smoking of any kind inside, out back or out front! We cannot accept pets or service animals of any kind.

There are two grocery stores within half a mile each, and Whole Foods to open summer 2025!! Old Town Scottsdale is less than one mile walking!! It’s a very walkable space, the walking path steps off the patio!

We are located 15-20 minutes from Phoenix International Airpot, and 30 minutes from Mesa Airport.
