General Overview

Sparkling pool, verdant gardens, gourmet kitchen and eclectic furnishings The villa is spacious( 400sqm) on 1600sq m garden plot, with a courtyard pool and entertainment area. It’s warm all year round. The bedrooms are 50sqm large and airy, with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors, en-suite bathrooms with fan and modern fittings. The interior living area, is luxury with an open plan kitchen and scullery The villa is on a walled estate, with offers peace and quite and security The pool and gardens are maintained by the garden staff, housekeepers are employed to ensure linen and house is kept clean and tidy.

The Space

3 bedrooms en-suite, none are inter-leading, so the house is not ideal for young families. 2 king size beds 1 queen size bed

Guest Access

The whole villa is on the ground floor, with outside access from the main living area and all the bedrooms open onto gardens or pool

Notes

We on an island, so would need to fly into koh Samui and catch a ferry to Koh Phangan (30 minutes) You will require transport, scooter or car hire
