Irena
Our family is composed of 4 persons, Irena (50) and Linas (50), and our teenage son, Bernardas, 15 years old. The older son (25) is now studying abroad, focusing on the subject of gamification (huff do not ask me what it is). We are expat family from Lithuania, living in Brussels for the past 4 years. We are enjoying multicultural experience and have been traveling extensively as well as working and studying in different counties, including Sweden and Italy. We are both engineers by training, now working different fields: Irena is working sustainability projects, while Linas is focusing on software engineering .We enjoy going to musicals, Brussels shows and hosting our friends from all other the word.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
