Neighbourhood
2 grocery stores within walking distance. Hemkop is at the end of our street and a couple of minutes walk. Coop is about 5-10 minutes walk. There is a pharmacy and liquor store next to Coop. Several local restaurants to choose from for dining in or takeaway. All of the major food delivery (Uber Eats, Foodora, Wolt) deliver to our area.
The Royal City Park is iright next to us and offers a number of walking and running paths. Highly recommend the vegetable and fruit stand that pops up there in the warmer months and taking in some sun at the Stora Skuggan restaurant located in the park.
If you have small children, there are several play parks to choose from and a paddle pool.
Paddel club and temp skateboard park pop up right next to the Hemkop.
Nearest airport
Arlanda (ARN) is 30 minutes away and Bromma is 20 minutes away by car.
Getting Around
Ropsten subway stop is about 10 minute walk away and is a convenient line that gets you to central station within 15 minutes. The closest bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk and a handful of bus lines will quickly get you to desirable places in the city. Ferry (10 minute walk) is also nearby.
Kinto and Hyre (car share membership) are right across the street.
Lots of scooters for use in the area.
