Nous parlons français y un poco espagnol también. Modernly decorated kid-friendly home. Lots of toys, games, and bikes available. Bixi stop nearby with great bike paths. Great neighborhood with lots of kids and a green alley (ruelle verte). Cute restaurants and cafés. Next to the world's 11th coolest neighborhood Verdun and the world's coolest street according to TIme Out Magazine (https://montreal.citynews.ca/2022/08/26/wellington-ranked-coolest-in-world/)

The space

Two bedrooms, master with queen bed, double loft bed in my daughter's room with chill area below. Washer and dryer in basement. Open kitchen, dining and living area. Basement apartment is being renovated and once that's done, I'll have a low-ceilinged 1980's bachelor apartment available for non-simultaneous visits during the school year for people under 6'2". 🤣
