Neighbourhood

Buderim is a charming village sitting on a mountain which overlooks the southern Sunshine Coast. It's perfectly placed between beautiful hinterland with popular towns like Maleny, Montville, Kenilworth, Mapleton and Emundi (less than 30 mins) and the breathtaking beautiful beaches of Mooloolaba, Alex and Maroochydore (15 mins) and rivers for boating and fishing.
June to October is whale watching season and not to be missed! Just 15 min to Mooloolaba!
Steve Irwin's World famous Australia Zoo is only 20 min away.
