Quiet neighborhood a mile to the lake and popular Kings Beach restaurants, shops, mini-golf, & the lake and water activities! Only 5 min to North Star for summer activities and ski adventures. Make dinner in a fully equipped kitchen & dine out on the large deck. Relax in the hammock or explore miles of trails on your doorstep. Endless activities at the lake, beaches, SUP, boating, sailing, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, mini-golf and more. This is a holiday home rented all year round, not our primary residence, so scheduling will be a breeze.

3 bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom is downstairs and 2 are upstairs. One king (upstairs) and 2 queen beds. 2 living areas, one large great room with dining and lounge and fireplace. Second living area with comfy seating and board game table. Open plan kitchen with island with seating. Backs to the forest for peaceful views Large covered deck and additional dining space outside. 1 car garage

The home is two stories with a few stairs to the deck and a staircase up to two of the 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom is accessed by 2 stairs.

Getting to my home

50 min drive from Reno/Tahoe airport. Bus service runs from neighborhood to North Star and seasonal shuttle runs to Kings Beach.
