Since 2012 we have been home exchangers with 27 nice home exchanges (1x Canada, 4x Sweden, 1x Finland, 5x France, 7x Germany, 1x Poland, 1x Norway, 2x Netherlands, 4x Belgium, 1x Spain). For us, home exchange is a way to share, give and learn! We love it. We answer every email quickly. Welcome to Leuven! Note: We are looking for a cat-friendly changer when you swap with our family house :-) We have a cat (from the animal shelter - came to us in December 2020), she is 14 years old. She spends most of her time indoors, sleeping or sitting on our laps. She is not allowed to sleep on the beds and has her own blanket on the couch. She is friendly and loves cuddles. She has a cat litter, but hardly uses it. She goes outside in the morning and evening, so normally it is not necessary to make a nest. She can stay alone for a night and we can also ask the neighbors to feed her if you want to go away for the weekend. We have rabbits (and often baby rabbits) and chickens in our garden. They need food, water and hay. They can also stay alone overnight if you give them enough nutrition for two days. The chickens will provide you with delicious eggs! The studio is pet free! We will take very good care of your equipment and our house will be clean, tidy and welcoming so that you have a pleasant stay! We are looking for swappers with the same mindset. Now that our children are growing up, we also have holidays in mixed constellations (parent-child, or me and husband) so we do not always need a place for the 5 of us!
