General Overview

We have a delightful home in a nice neighbourhood. An open plan modern kitchen leads into a dining room and opens onto a large lounge room with a view of the small colourful garden. The hallway opens to the main bedroom with a queen bed, and then onto a quiet study with steps up the second bedroom also with queen bed. The study could also be used as a bedroom but only has a couch. The bathroom is modern and with bathtub and has an energy efficient washer and dryer.

The Space

Cremorne is a great neighbourhood. Our local bar (The Cherry Tree) has an excellent kitchen and there are many cafes and a neighbourhood supermarket near by. About ten minutes walk to Swan Street which is busy with all kinds of restaraunts and shops. Also 10 - 12 minutes walk to tram or train or bus transport, or a delightful 30 minute walk along the river to the centre of Melbourne.
