A comfortable modern home on 2500 square meters. The house is a 5-minute drive from the entrance of the stunning Wilsons Promontory National Park [the southernmost point of mainland Australia]
The space
The house was designed and built in 2017 to accommodate 2 people in the main residence and up to 4 guests in a private self-contained area at the front of the house, listed on Airbnb as 'Tombolo Too'.
The main section of the house offers 1 queen bedroom with ensuite, a large kitchen with butlers pantry/laundry, lounge/dining area. The other section has 2 bedrooms that can each be set up as either a King or a twin room, a well-equipped kitchenette, lounge area and bathroom.
There are outside decks to relax.
We may also require a house sitter between mid July to mid September 2024 but can be flexible on length of stay.

Opportunity to keep the accommodation section of the house open and managed by PLU house sitter. (for renumeration).

We love to follow the sun May to September! (We live at the southernmost point of mainland Australia)
We have house sat and pet sat at a several houses as well as managed 3 Airbnb properties. Each experience was very different and we loved them all!
In 2024 we will head to NSW, WA & NT Australia and open to any Airbnb caretaking or pet sitting opportunities along the way.
We've run an accommodation business near Wilsons Promontory in Victoria for the last 10 years, so we understand what is required to host a successful accommodation business. We sold one of our properties in 2021... so that we can travel over the winter months :-) We have received over 900 % star reviews.
We're lucky enough that we both also have part-time work that we can do remotely. Tom does data analysis and Tara business support work.
