General Overview

A comfortable modern home on 2500 square meters. The house is a 5-minute drive from the entrance of the stunning Wilsons Promontory National Park [the southernmost point of mainland Australia]

The Space

The house was designed and built in 2017 to accommodate 2 people in the main residence and up to 4 guests in a private self-contained area at the front of the house, listed on Airbnb as 'Tombolo Too'. The main section of the house offers 1 queen bedroom with ensuite, a large kitchen with butlers pantry/laundry, lounge/dining area. The other section has 2 bedrooms that can each be set up as either a King or a twin room, a well-equipped kitchenette, lounge area and bathroom. There are outside decks to relax. We may also require a house sitter between mid July to mid September 2024 but can be flexible on length of stay.

Opportunity to keep the accommodation section of the house open and managed by PLU house sitter. (for renumeration).
