Third bedroom (downstairs) – set up with a king bed, and a sofa bed in the lounge area which is perfect for kids or an extra guest.

A hilly low-maintenance backyard offers space to enjoy the outdoors. There’s a large alfresco area with cosy seating.

Our townhouse offers flexible living with two self-contained levels, perfect for families or groups who’d like both shared and private spaces.
Lower Floor: A fully self-contained area with 1 bedroom, bathroom, laundry, lounge area (with sofa bed), kitchenette, and television. Ideal for guests who’d like a little extra privacy.
Upper Floor: Entry is via the front door, where you’ll find a dedicated office space on the lower level. Head upstairs to the main living area, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan lounge. The modern kitchen and dining area flow onto a balcony with an outdoor table — the perfect spot to relax or enjoy dinner while watching the sunset.

Our townhouse is located in a peaceful part of South West Rocks, a charming coastal town with a friendly, laid-back vibe. Within a short drive, you’ll find pristine beaches, walking trails, and great fishing spots.
Kangaroos are regular visitors to our house and surrounding streets.
The town centre offers everything you’ll need during your stay — local cafés, restaurants, a grocery stores, and boutique shops. For history lovers, the famous Trial Bay Gaol and Smoky Cape Lighthouse are nearby, offering stunning views and a glimpse into the area’s past.
It’s the kind of neighbourhood where life moves at a slower pace, neighbours say hello, and you’re never far from the ocean.

South West Rocks is approximately 1-1.25 hours from Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.
North of Sydney 5-6 hour drive
South of Brisbane 5-6 hour drive
The drive is straightforward via the Pacific Highway, with plenty of beautiful stops along the way if you’d like to break up the trip.

Getting Around
A car is recommended during your stay, as South West Rocks is a small coastal town with limited public transport.
The town centre — with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and local shops — is only about 5 minutes’ drive from the house. Beaches, fishing spots, and walking tracks are also just a short drive away.
Having a car will give you the flexibility to explore the local area at your own pace, from nearby national parks to hidden coastal lookouts.
