General overview
Our house is a lovely, clean little family home situated in the suburb of Mount Annan. We are located about 5 minutes from historic Camden, a boutique little town, known for its excellent coffee and food. We are within 5 minutes drive to two excellent shopping precincts.
We are approximately 45 minutes drive from the centre of Sydney and Darling Harbour. We also have a direct train line to the city circle that is a 10 minute drive, if you prefer to take public transport. If you travel by car 45 minutes in either of the other directions, you will find yourself in the Southern Highlands (wineries), the Blue mountains (hiking) or Wollongong (Beaches).
Mount Annan itself has plenty to offer, especially for families. Within walking distance is the Australian Botanic Gardens, with renowned gardens, walking trails & an excellent mountain bike trail. At the bottom of our street is an awesome walking/bike track that will take you to the Youth Outdoor Space with basketball courts, cricket pitch & a huge park for the kids. Theres also an excellent coffee shop across the road for mum & dad!!
The space
The space is a cosy 3 bedroom home. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a double shower and king sized bed. The first kids bedroom has a single bed and the other kids room has a cot, which can be converted to a toddler beds upon request. Where required, we can also provide further single bed mattress options if your children are a little older. There is an open living area and entertainers kitchen stocked with all your pantry essentials. There is also a play space for the kids in the rumpus room.
Outside is a fully fenced, large yard with a huge pergola area. We have a huge outdoor seating area with lighting and a fan for hot days/nights. There is also a small veggie patch along the back of the property. The kids will love our pirate themed outdoor playground, built by my husband. Complete with a kitchen, sailing boat, swings and a slide.
We also have a furbaby, Wilfred. He is a gentle Golden Retriever who lives for cuddles!
