Warren and Karen are great hosts. Friendly and easy to communicate with. The best part of our vacation was here in their Sanibel condo. The condo offers plenty of space and the balcony has amazing views of the ocean and sunsets...! Beach is right outside the door… We saw dolphins, manatees and so many different birds. Went shelling on the beach. Lunched and dined in Doc Fords, Mudbugs, Traders, Gramma Dot's and Wickies. This is a place we would return to in a heartbeat and we are excited to welcome Warren and Karen to our home in August.

We’ve done many exchanges in Florida but the one we did with Pat was by far the best of them all. Her home is so cozy, relaxing and you immediately feel welcomed and at home. It’s beautifully laid out and the deck overlooking the canal is just beyond amazing. Pat is a lovely person and she has been really nice to communicate with. We would definitely exchange with Pat again!
