General Overview
The house is the upper floor of a large detached Victorian House in the quiet and leafy Grange area of Edinburgh. This is a classic Edinburgh home with high ceilings, lovely views and a private garden, in walking distance to the city centre and all of the main sights, with local cafes, restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
This is our main family home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is fully set up for younger children. One of the four bedrooms is currently set up a a study and one as a playroom but both contain double beds.
One bathroom has a shower over bath and the other has a shower.
There is a driveway with off-street parking.

Tara
We are a family of four: Tara, Tony, Rafael (6) and Emilio (4). We are a bilingual English-Spanish speaking family living in the centre of Edinburgh, who love to explore and are looking forward to some new adventures.
We are mainly interested in travel in Europe at the moment and are limited to Scottish school holidays. The Scottish summer holidays are earlier than England and most other parts of Europe and run from the end of June until mid-August. Most of our travel is planned for 2025.
We are keen to explore the option of a 4-5 week exchange in Spain (or a Spanish speaking country) for summer 2026 so the children can improve their Spanish and open to ideas for Easter 2026. We are hoping to visit Brazil in April 2027 for a friend’s birthday event.
"Simultaneous exchange for summer 2026: interested in exploring a longer exchange of 4-5 weeks. School summer holidays run from end of June until mid-August"
