You know that feeling when you walk into someone’s home and it just feels cozy and like ‘home’. That is the comment we often get from people visiting. Our house feels like home and not just because it is our home. We are a 20 minute bike ride to Södermalm and a 20 minute metro ride to city center.

Our first floor consists of an open living room with fireplace and lots of light, a dining room and large kitchen. Upstairs is a playroom with ample kids toys and books, three kids bedrooms (two with single beds and one with a toddler bed), a bedroom with queen bed and balcony and the bathroom with a bathtub. In the basement we have a large bedroom with toilet an sink, the laundry room and a garage. We have a large backyard with a swing set, garden and great playhouse for the kids. The front of the house has a deck with grill and built-in sandbox on the front porch.

The house has keyless entry and a guest code will be provided. The house is 3 floors and unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

This is a great family neighborhood. We have a wonderful park down the street, a grocery store, a library, and few restaurants at the end of our street. Next to our house is the bicycle path which takes you all the way into the city and is extremely well maintained and accessible. At the end of our street is the metro station for the green line which takes you into city center and Södermalm.

We have a personal driveway but there is free street parking in front of the house. The house is a 10 minute walk to the metro and 6 minutes to the bus stop.

Arlanda-45 minutes

A grocery store and pharmacy are at the end of the street by the metro station, there are a few restaurants there as well and then you can take the train a few stops into more the city center to find anything you need.
