General overview
About 1500 square feet, our home is a great landing place if you'd like to explore the city.
The space
Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king-size bed and bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has two twin-size beds, the other has one twin bed with an organic mattress. In addition to the usual living room, dining room, and kitchen, we also have a large playroom with a futon couch that pulls out into a bed, so 1-2 more people could sleep there. Our home is colorful and inviting, with a nice deck with seating for 6 off the back yard. We've got tons of interesting books to read, plenty of legos and games if you have kids, and lots of kitchen appliances for the health conscious (vitamin, juicer, rice cooker, crockpot, etc.).

Neighbourhood
We live in a South Austin residential neighborhood a few blocks walking distance away from various restaurants, coffee shops, stores, the pool, and the public library. There are grocery stores, the local food co-op, a movie theater, greenbelt trails, and lots of shopping within a 5-10 minute drive.
