General overview

Our house is over 100 years old, but recently we worked with a designer to completely update it. This is a cozy, quiet place to come home to after exploring. I also love gardening, with many vegetables, fruit trees, and flowers in the front and backyards.

The space

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen, one with a toddler bed and queen floor bed, and one with a futon. All 3 have privacy (doors that lock and close). We have all the things you might need for babies and young children--toys (we can also put these away if you won't be playing with them!), high chair, Pack and Play, and changing pad. Downstairs, we have a studio in-law unit with full bath. This would be perfect if traveling in a larger group, or to spread out further.

One set of stairs up to the front door, but no internal stairs (good for young children or those who prefer one level).

Neighbourhood

We live in a neighborhood that is central to many attractions in SF. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and the 2nd largest park in SF with trails, ponds, and natural areas.

Getting to my home

We live 20 minutes by car from SFO. We live a 15 minute walk from BART (the local train), and many buses pass by.

Nearest airport

SFO, 10 miles.

Getting around

You can easily walk to grocery shops, restaurants, and cafes from our place. However, to see the full scope of attractions in the City and Bay Area, car is recommended. You can use ours (please discuss this if interested).
