General Overview

The house is in Flinders and Flinders is a village with much to offer. It is an easy walk (approx 1 km around 10 minutes). Flinders, offers great, coffee, and brunches, breakast, lunches and dinner places. If you are interested to know more please reach out as very happy to assist.

The Space

The house consists of 4 bedrooms. Three are very large and are upstairs and one downstairs. The Master bedroom has a large king bed, ensuite with shower and sunken bath. The bath overlooks the tree tops, and a walk in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have queen beds. One room can also have twin beds if required and also a queen bed two. The bedroom downstairs has its own bathroom. There are three living areas. One with a large TV and there is also a wood fire. Large well equipped kitchen, with walk in pantry and has windows which can open to sit outside and have a coffee or the like! Second living area also is great place to sit and read and just chill out with windows that over look the front garden. The dining table can seat 10. There is also a pool room. A walk way deck which is undercover. The Master bedroom has its own decking that overlooks the front garden and views of trees and the country. There is also an open deck which can be accessed via the Masterbedroom, the walkway deck and the outside stairs. We have an outside table that sits 10 with a lovely view of the front garden. Another unique feature is the Rotunda which has a day bed. A great place to be and not be disturbed. Finska, bocci and table tennis are all there too!

Guest Access

The house is two stories. WIth two sets of stairs one internal and external. The access is through the ground floor. A largre driveway for and car park space for 3 cars.

Notes

Lots to do in Flinders. It is part of the Mornington Pensinula. It is surroundered by many renowned Golf courses, hikes and swimming places. If it is culinery delights you are after you wont be disappointed with beautiful wineries and restaurants to choose from. You wont be disappointed. Our house is a place to rest unwind meanwhile enjoying the Mornington Pensinula.
