General overview

Our house has spectacular creative energy. I've written 8 movies (and filmed 3) here. We have a music room with a grand piano and many acoustic guitars, a lounge-y family room with TV, games and puzzles, a peaceful shady back yard, a separate writers space, a meditation fountain. We have a gardener come every week, and cleaners every other week. We would also consider letting home exchangers use our vehicles while we are out of town, a Nissan Leaf and a Toyota Highlander, which is great for families. We have bikes for 2 adults and two kids, scooters and roller skates for kids. The 4th bedroom is actually a whole separate studio apartment with its own dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, bathroom, closet and separate entrance.

We are a family of 4 based in beautiful sunny Los Angeles but our kids got into a performing arts school and we are looking to swap for London from Sep 2024-July 2025. Patrick is an actor (most recently played "Howard Hamlin" on Better Call Saul) and Mandy is a filmmaker/writer/speaker. Our two daughters, 13 and 11, love the outdoors, making movies, and musical theatre. We travel quite a bit as a family, from camping to urban adventures, and are excited to explore Europe next year!
