Neighbourhood
This is an old, quiet neighborhood called Granada Hills with large Live Oaks and very big lots with unique homes. The neighborhood has a centrally located playground with a basketball court and a tennis court a 10 minute walk from the house. We are located near Circle C development but not IN Circle C - our neighborhood has a more unique, older feel.
Getting Around
You need a car to get around comfortably. A 5-10 minute drive will get you to any retail you need including great grocery store, restaurants, bars (Shops at Arbor Trails), and a huge green space with trails, soccer fields, playground, frisbee golf course (Circle C Metropolitan Park). Downtown is a 20 minute drive. Entrance to the Barton Creek Greenbelt is a 10 minute drive away. We are Southwest of the city off of Hwy 290 so Dripping Springs is a 20 minute drive to the west. Pedernales Falls State Park is a 40 minute drive, Inks Lake and Enchanted Rock around ~1.5 hour drive.
