General Overview

Location, location, location! We love our neighborhood, Magnolia Cottages. It's a quiet neighborhood of Florida cottages and most people don't even know it exists right on 30A. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach! It' a 2-minute walk to our neighborhood pool! The 18-mile bike path along 30A is steps from our door. It's a one-mile bike ride to the Big Chill and Alys Beach; a two-mile bike ride to Rosemary Beach; and a six-mile bike ride to Seaside. All of those communities have lots of shopping and restaurants.

The Space

It's a 1500 sf cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One king bedroom upstairs, ensuite. One king bedroom downstairs, ensuite. One bunk bedroom downstairs with the full bath across the hall. Comfy couch in the living room, dining space for 6 comfortably, small but well-equipped kitchen, and two gorgeous screen-in porches.
