General overview
What I Love about my home is that we have a newly renovated big house/apartment with a huge garden basically in the city center, but its still so quiet. We live on an half island in Trondheim, so there are very little traffic. Trondheim city center is captured with the river on one side and the sea on the otherside. We have a car, but we rarely use it as we either walk or bike to most places in town.
Within 0-15 min walking you can get to city center where you have lots of restaurants, cafees and shopping, forest tracks, ocean, river, playgrounds, cinema, teater, bowling, shopping, museums etc.
The space
In the 1st floor we have a big livingroom with a good sized kitchen and a toilet. We have a door out to the garden from the livingroom. The garden is big and in the summer we have a trampoline and a sandbox. We also have a hammock which can be used.
In the basement level we have 3 bedrooms, bathroom, washing room and living room with a big tv and playstation. We have different streaming options on both of the tvs. In the master bedroom we have a 210*210 bed, the kids bedroom contains a bunk bed 90*200 beds. The guest room has a 150*200 bed.
Guest access
We have stairs to get in to the house, stairs to go in to the apartment and stairs between the first level and basement.

Neighbourhood
Its a great neighbourhood. We live on an half island in Trondheim, so there are very little traffic, but still we are basically in the center. Its 10 min walking to the city center and 15 min walking to hiking trails. We live right next to St.Olavs which is Trondheims hospital. We are also very close to NTNU, the university.
Nearest airport
Værnes, Trondheim airport. Its 30-45 min away. There is a bus that goes very close to our house, about 5 min walking away. It stops at samfundet. There is also a train, which is at least half the price that goes quite regurarly 10 min walking away from my house.
Getting around
The closest supermarked is about 3-4min walking. Its very easy to walk around everywhere. The buses goes everywhere. We have each our bikes which could be lent away. There is also city bikes around the city to rent. The electrical scooters are also everywhere in the summer time to hop on and off everywhere.

I had an excellent stay at Kristines place. The house is really modern and comfortable with a lovely, large garden, and it is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Trondheim is a great city to visit. It is very walkable, with a lively city center, a lovely atmosphere and a lot of interesting sites around. The house is in a quiet part of town, only 10-15 min walk to the very center.
It was very easy to communicate with Kristine, and I am really grateful that she was able to accommodate me when I needed a last-minute stay in Trondheim. Thank you!
