Hospitality Description: One bedroom & bathroom is downstairs with full kitchen, living room and separate entrance. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with full kitchen, living room and dining room upstairs. Retired couple or remote worker might find downstairs a great escape. I work long hours January - April so I would be home and unable to do a simultaneous exchange during those months.

Englewood is a little fishing town with lots of beaches, nature preserves, tiki bars and great local restaurants. Outdoor lovers will enjoy the area.

Nearest airport

Sarasota (SRQ) or Punta Gorda airports are 45 minutes away. Tampa (TPA) is 1.5 hours but usually has more flight options.

Getting Around

I am just a few miles from a grocery store, downtown stores, restaurants and bars, several beaches and a nature preserve with walking trails.
