General overview
Our house is in a residential complex surrounded by greenery, in a beautiful area between the sea and vineyards. Palmela, with its castle with breathtaking views, is a beautiful town full of history. 15 minutes away is Setúbal, with its incredible beaches. In 30 minutes you reach Lisbon, lively and trendy. Azeitão, a delightful village, is 5 minutes away, and is the production center of some of the best Portuguese wines. Our house is airy, cheerful and full of light, perfectly equipped and with a lovely balcony literally overlooking the trees, ideal for relaxing. It has been renovated and furnished for two years with an eye to practicality as well as the harmony of materials and colors.
The space
The house consists of a living room overlooking the greenery, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential block, in a green and very clean area. The entrance is controlled, with 24-hour security. Access to the house is via stairs so not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Parking is available in the square in front.
Notes
The house is equipped with everything useful for living even for long periods. The TV is equipped with a double satellite connection, for Portuguese, international and Italian channels. We would like to point out that the washing machine and dryer are not in the house, but we use the machines (for a fee, but very cheap) in the laundry room just a few minutes from the house.

Neighbourhood
The area is quiet but lively, with a restaurant and café, yoga school, three 18-hole golf courses 15 minutes away, Arrabida hill, a paradise for trekking lovers, within walking distance, 15-20 minutes away distance from splendid beaches and very attractive cities. Impossible to get bored!
Getting to my home
Lisbon airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes. It is advisable to use your own car, also to move around the area as public transport connections are not very fast.
