General Overview

House with garden and parking in the center of Lacanau ocean but in a very quiet street, a stone's throw from the beach and shops. The house is usually not available in the summer because we or our family enjoy it.

House (non-smoking interior): - Large living room with living room (sofa/flat screen/coffee table), dining area (8 people), integrated kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils....) - Master suite: 1 double bed (140), 1 cupboard/wardrobe, bathroom (shower, sink), bay window with terrace access - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140), closet/wardrobe - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140) on the floor, 1 double bed (140) on the mezzanine (access to ladder for children) - Garden of 120 m2 fully enclosed and wooded, terrace with tables and chairs, deckchairs, hammock, bench, barbecue, bicycles available.... - A closed parking space (paid parking on the street) Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Notes

Lacanau offers a multitude of sports activities: surfing of course, bodyboarding, paddle boarding... but also water skiing or canoeing on the lake.

The house is located in the center of Lacanau ocean, close to the beach (300m), shops, restaurants.... You will also find many cycle paths for wonderful walks in the forest. The 18-hole golf course of L'ardilouse is located a few minutes away. There is also a casino at the entrance to the city.
