General Overview

Beautiful traditional Victorian house on the edge of London (15-20 min train to London Waterloo) and also on the Surrey border, with incredible access to Richmond, Hampton Court, Surrey and the south coast (by car or rail).

The Space

Situated across 3 levels, the house has 4 bedrooms (2 x doubles, 1 x twin and 1 x single). We have recently renovated and have an open plan kitchen/dining area and two sitting rooms on the ground floor with a WC. We also have a lovely garden and guests would have access to 4 bikes to ride locally (2 adult and 2 child). The house has all the amenities you would expect - dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc and is finished to a high standard. The house is close walking distance to all local shops, and there is great public transport to nearby areas from the main road, just 2 min walk from the house.

Guest Access

The house has two flights of stairs and the lower staircase is a little steep so those with physical disabilities may struggle, although there is a handrail.

Notes

We have two cats, Nelson and Piquet, who will require feeding during your stay, but they are wonderful and very self sufficient so won’t get in your way.

Surbiton is a lovely neighbourhood, nestled in the suburbs between London and Surrey, it provides the perfect base to explore the city (going in) or countryside (going out). Surbiton is also only 10 mins by bus to Kingston Upon Thames where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars.

Nearest airport

Gatwick or Heathrow airport are located closest to the house, but all London airports could be used.

Hello everyone, my name is Emma, I live in Surbiton, London with my husband and two boys. We live in a lovely Victorian style house, and trains from Surbiton station go direct to London Waterloo, and take roughly 15-20mins. with incredible access to all that this historical city has to offer our property is ideally situated, whilst also being only 15 mins drive from Hampton Court and Richmond Park.
