General Overview

Come enjoy the wonderful year round weather in Southern California! Our 360 square foot guest house is located adjacent to our main house. It’s on a beautiful tree lined street in the Magnolia Park neighborhood of Burbank. We are located steps away from a 2 miles walking biking path.

A newly built one bedroom one bath.

Guest Access

The guest house is accessible through a side gate. Back yard is shared access with the main house.

Notes

Burbank is home of Disney and WB studios while being centrally located to Hollywood, Downtown LA, Universal studios and about 45 minutes to Disneyland or Malibu Beach. We are located on site to answer any questions.
