General overview

My home overlooks a lovely large park leading to the Canada's Avon River. It's a 5 minute walk from the Stratford's Festival Theatre and a 25 minute walk from downtown and our other 3 theatres. In the summer, there are free music concerts and art shows in the park and along the river.

The space

The living space is open-concept. The living room faces a row of cedar trees so it is like being in a tree house. It's a quiet building near restaurants, theatres, art gallery and parks.

Guest access

Elevator There are two bedrooms. The master has a comfy queen-sized bed and the guest room has a Murphy bed. There are two bathrooms, but they are small and aren't wheelchair accessible.

Notes

My condo allows dogs under 25lbs. Cats are also welcome. I can trade cars with other Canadians, who hold Canadian car insurance.
