General Overview

Three bedroom oasis. Views over the golf course and down towards the beach. Awaken with birdsong and stroll up the road for a coffee and pasterie. Only a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) to the ferry which takes you 10 mins to central Auckland city. Amazing walks from your door step. Come and enjoy a slice of Aotearoa NZ.

The Space

Home has driveway access, 1 bedroom downstairs with Queen bed with own ensuite. TV area is also downstairs and large deck off this room. Upstairs is two further double bedrooms (one queens and one double) with kitchen, dining and lounge area with balcony and bbq. Seperate bathroom and toilet. All area have heating and cooling for comfort.

Guest Access

Home is over two floors, we have a gate for small children for stairs. All deck area is fenced off.
