General overview
We are welcoming you to our bright and filled with sunshine apartment in a nice and quiet neighborhood of Limassol in beautiful Cyprus.
We are a married couple of 34 and 38 years old. We have lived in different countries throughout the world, and now we live on a beautiful island of Cyprus. Oleg is a finance manager and Olesia is a food journalist.
We don't have children, but we have two very distinguished cats.
We love to travel, to discover the world and connect with people.
Our place is a beautifully renovated, fully air-conditioned, 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment within just a 5-minute drive to the beach. A modern, clean and comfortable 120 sq.m. space, suitable for families and couples. There is also a huge terrace with a dining table, a grill and sunbeds to enjoy the sun and a sea view without even leaving a house.
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, big TV with Netflix.
The space
Our apartment is 120 m2 with a 100 m2 terrace.
Living room
It's large living/dining room, very bright, with a large sofa, a huge TV with Netflix, Apple TV, etc, a nice dining table with 6 chairs and a reading nook with a vintage mid-century armchair.
Kitchen
The kitchen is semi-enclosed with a nice view of the neighborhood and a door to go out to the terrace. It has everything you need: a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, oven, blender, slow-cooker, deep fryer, etc. Washing machine is also here.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is very bright and overlooks the sea. We have a large 200 cm х 200 cm bed with a premium mattress.
Guest bedroom
Our second bedroom has a smaller 160 cm х 200 cm bed with a new mattress, a vanity table and lots of closets.
Study
This room can be your remote office with a large desk and comfortable chair, or a children's room — the sofa is very comfortable for kids to sleep on.
Bathrooms
We have two bathrooms with full baths.
Terrace
Our giant terrace is our pride and joy. It's a little over than100 m2 with a large dining table, chairs, sunbeds, loungers, swing a large sunshade.
From the terrace you will have an amazing view to the city and of course, the sea.
We want you to feel at home, yet we think you will also have a strong vacation vibe here. We are artistic yet minimalists, so our home will be almost like a hotel, but better ;)

Our apartment is on the top floor of the 3-storied building with an elevator. It is a new modern apartment building with quite surrounding.
Notes
We live here with our two well-behaved distinguished cats that will be staying with you if you choose to spend your sunny vacation at our place.

Neighbourhood
There are coffee shops, supermarkets and tavernas all within 10-minute walk. It is also a 10-minute drive to central Limassol and there is easy access to the motorway.
Getting to my home
You can fly either to Larnaka or Paphos airport — they are the same distance to Limassol. The best choice here is to rent a car, public transportation isn't very reliable in Cyprus, and walking during the summer is pretty tough because of the heat.
But with a car you'll have an opportunity to see the whole island! Cyprus is a small, but very interesting, you don't want to miss exploring it!
